Sharing Your Calendar in Outlook
1)With Outlook open, click on the calendar icon in the lower left of the screen.
2) At the top of the screen in the "Home" Ribbon, select Calendar Permissions.
3)Add the person you want to be able to see your calendar. Add what they can see and modify.
4) After closing and opening their Outlook, the person you added should be able to see your calendar.
5) You can also just Share your calendar by selecting "Share Calendar" in the toolbar near Calendar Permissions.
6) This will open an email with the following. Make sure you select what details the person can see.
7) After selecting what details the person is allowed to see, "Send" the email. The receiver should be able to see your calendar .
